I need to get rid of tan lines from running outside in my running shorts all the time. I’m fair skinned but my skin usually turns a light golden brown rather than burning, upon sun exposure.
I’m opposed to laying out/going to tanning beds, because I’d rather not have to pay for botox injections & melanoma treatments when I’m older. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone had any good self-tanner recommendations.
I’ve heard the following were pretty good, but I have never tried them:
Higher end: 1.) Bare escentuals Faux Tan, 2.) Clarins Quick Bronze
Drug Store: 1.) Neutrogena, 2.) Jergens
Also, I’m not really that concerned with getting super dark. I just want to get rid of the silly tan lines, for when I attend pool parties & such. Thanks so much for your opinions!

in the past, the media constantly bombarded us with the image of white women as being the standard of beauty for women. but now, things have started to change. you’re seeing alot more black women, and even hispanic and asian women representing what is considered beauty.
its funny because it seems that now, a lot of whites are trying to keep up or stay on top of what is considered beauty by getting tans, botox injections, butt lifts, lip injections, the works - basically, trying to copy the beautiful traits of other races.
it seems as though whites cannot fathom another race being recognized as a standard of beauty so they try to do whatever they can to stay on top.
so my question is, are whites no longer proud of their feautures?
its unfortunate how in the past other non-white races suffered because they felt like they didn’t measure up - not realizing the exquisite beauty that they each possessed.

My husband sister is very ‘high maintance looking’. Don’t get me wrong she has a amazing body (although part of this is thanks to a boob job), she has long blonde hair (extentions) and bigish lips (not freaky big just bee sting big thanks to injections) and a all year tan and long extentions. Shes a really nice girl although she doesnt have many female friends, partly cos of how she looks. Anyways she keeps dating these guys but everytime somewhere along the line they cheat on her. Its getting her really down. Shes very sexually forward and i have told her to take a step back but its all she knows. I would have thought most guys would love having a p0rn star look a like girlfriend but they all seem to tire of her in the end. Yes she is very into her looks and shes only semi smart but can hold a conversation.
Also i know i shouldnt but i feel i constantly compare myself to her and wonder if my husband wishes i looked more ‘polished’ like her.
