    Hello, you would be well advised to discuss this with a dermatologist. The melanotan peptides haven’t been specifically tested as medication in the treatment of these health issues. What that means is that you’d be completely on your own in experimenting with this.
    There are folks who suffer from rosacea who’ve reported on their experiments with the peptides and provided anecdotes suggesting some success as a treatment option. You would be well advised also to discuss this sort of a question with such folks. The following thread would be a decent place to start:

    know that there are health risks involved with using experimental, unlicensed and unregulated drugs like the melanotan peptides. Don’t be casual in your decision about using them. It would be advisable to consider waiting until the Australian company Clinuvel has finished human clinical trials on their bioabsorbable subcutaneous implant version of melanotan-1 (generic name “afamelanotide”) and released it on the market as this would be a safer option.
